Green Printz, the eco-responsible personalization specialists

GreenPrintz, an innovative start-up, specializes in eco-responsible textile personalization and eco-sourced objects. Truly committed, the Green team integrates the principles of the circular economy to offer high-quality prints while reducing its carbon footprint.

Driven by the mission "produce better to consume better", GreenPrintz offers clothing made in France or Europe, eco-responsible objects and non-polluting printing techniques. This respect for the environment is also reflected in the company's logistical choices, with a network of certified suppliers and 0-plastic packaging.ย

A high-quality, responsible offering via a modern website

Until now, the site managed by the brand did not reflect the dynamism and modernity of GreenPrintz. Despite its strong, essential values, the readability of information was not optimal and the user path was confusing. Requests for quotes and contact information on the site remained very simple, offering little customization and requiring a complete analysis by the GreenPrintz teams. As the structure of the product catalog was not displayed, and the products had no dedicated pages, the customer was unable to grasp the richness and quality of the offer. In this context, GreenPrintz called on our team to meet its objectives and support its development.

 

The objectives of the redesign were as follows:

Create an energetic, dynamic web design in the brand's colors

Improving the user experience through easy, fluid reading

Showcase products via product sheets (without purchase option)

Facilitate requests for quotes and increase conversions (contacts)

Deploy a manageable back-office for autonomous management by GreenPrintz teams

Developing a responsive, SEO-friendly site for better online visibility

A redesigned customer experience with a new online site

Based on the logo and a few existing graphic elements, a complete visual identity was developed, giving rise to a trendy, unique and emblematic webdesign. The choice of vivid colors and the work on shapes not only highlighted the brand's dynamism, but also made it easier for web users to navigate by highlighting the essential elements.

Although the site is not a true e-commerce shop, it has been designed as a sophisticated e-commerce showcase. The entire product range is presented in a clear, structured manner, category by category and theme by theme. Each product now has its own data sheet, giving visitors all the information they need to request a quote.

The final stage in the customer journey is the quote request. This has been completely redesigned. Unlike a "classic" quotation, it presents 3 steps, enabling each customer to express his or her request in precise detail. The new layout provides intuitive guidance. At the same time, the improved quote provides GreenPrintz teams with all the information they need to process requests quickly and efficiently.ย

Agile methodology: flexibility and responsiveness

We collaborated with the GreenPrintz teams at every stage of the redesign, using an Agile methodology. Thanks to transparent communication and numerous exchanges during the sprint phases, we were able to adjust and adapt the site according to needs and priorities, and the new GreenPrintz site took shape. A look back at the milestones:

A needs definition workshop: briefing, presentation of the company, existing situation and definition of the expected technical and functional scope.

Creative workshops: graphic brief, collaborative moodboard, mock-up of home page versions, full mock-upsย 

Integration in line with validated models, with construction of a back office 100% customized to the Green team's management needs.ย 

Strapi training for administrators and content managersย 

A beta version tested for end-to-end quality control

Content input: creation of content for product sheets, editing of corporate content, adaptation of the front end to the latest content constraints.

Secure, autonomous editorial management with Strapi CMS

One of GreenPrintz's main requirements was to be able to manage a maximum amount of content on the website autonomously and easily. To meet this need, while maintaining optimum performance and web design freedom, the use of the headless CMS Strapi was the obvious choice.

The site's back office was fully customized to enable GreenPrintz teams to modify, delete, add and duplicate content without having to call on our services. On the technical side, the site's pages were developed using the Next.js framework, a combination that ensures both security and autonomy: teams can edit content without risking compromising the site's structure.

These technical choices were motivated by Strapi's outstanding performance and robust security features. The solution is designed to handle queries quickly and efficiently, guaranteeing a smooth user experience even with large volumes of data. Its compliance with modern security standards ensures enhanced data protection and secure access management, minimizing the risk of vulnerabilities. At the same time, the Next.js framework combines the performance of React.js with excellent SEO optimization.
