Qare: a new practitioner space

Qare, an overhaul for healthcare professionals

With more than 6 years' experience in teleconsultation and nearly 1,500 healthcare professionals working every week, Qare is a key player in the market, improving access to healthcare for all, with a focus on medical quality.

To accompany its online offering, Qare is now supplementing its activity with face-to-face consultations at Access Santé health centers in Paris, Saint-Maur and Villenave d'Ornon. And the success doesn't stop there: further openings are planned in the near future.

Situation and objectives

Qare wanted to completely overhaul its website for healthcare professionals to support its expansion. The existing site consisted of a single page and a blog.

The objectives of this redesign are :

Propose a streamlined web design consistent with the Qare graphic universe and adapted to healthcare professionals;

Generate leads and demo requests;

Integrate Hubspot contact forms;

Develop a site that can be easily and autonomously managed by any type of profile.

From wireframes to mock-ups...

Qare's requirements were already well defined when the project was launched. The new site would feature 5 distinct pages:

A home page
A Specialities page
A Bylaws page
A Contracts page
An About page
A redirect to the existing blog

The structure of the pages had already been thought out and produced by the Qare teams prior to the launch of the project. At the outset, we refined the request and challenged the wireframes to define a coherent and harmonious structure. In the end, four pages were retained.

Web design in Qare's colors: a strong & unique brand identity

Based on Qare's graphic elements, we worked on the site's desktop and mobile mock-ups. With contact via forms as the main objective, the UI was designed to emphasize contact buttons and elements.

Of course, UX was also taken into account in the design to create a high-quality user experience.

The Smotly methodology

Thanks to an agile work methodology and close collaboration between the Qare and Smotly teams, the project was carried out following the key moments of project management:

A needs definition workshop: briefing, company presentation, existing situation and definition of technical and functional scope.

Creative workshops: from the structure of wireframes to the transition to color with the presentation of models

Integration in accordance with validated mock-ups, with content shared by Qare on the Monday and Google Drive collaborative tools.

04.

Qare tests beta version for end-to-end quality control

The project +

a Strapi CMS for simple, efficient management, even without technical skills!

For this project, we used the Node.js-based open-source CMS Strapi. This headless solution offers great flexibility by decoupling the front end (display) from the back end (data management). Take a look at our article on headless architectures and on Strapi for more information!

In the meantime, here's a summary of Strapi's interest in Qare:

Great flexibility: no more blocking and limiting themes, the new Qare Praticien website has been fully customized to meet their functional needs.
An intuitive user interface: here again, the back office has been 100% customized to offer a clear dashboard that is easy to use and accessible to all. To speed up the learning process, SMOTLY trained the Qare teams.
High compatibility: thanks to its API-first architecture, integrations with other solutions are infinite, and there are numerous possibilities for extensions, offering Qare great prospects for site enhancement.
Security and performance: In addition to the SMOTLY team's respect for sound development techniques, Strapi guarantees excellent website performance.

The final word?

These 3 months working with the Smotly team have been much appreciated at Qare.

The quality of the graphic proposals and the technical precision of the agency's experts enabled us to put this project online on schedule, without a hitch, with a result praised internally and by our doctors.

And always in a good mood: we always work better in a positive atmosphere, and we had a lot of fun working on this project with the teams of Stéphane, Floriane, Estelle, Thomas and Théodore.
