Trek des Gazelles By Mélanie, created in 2015 by Mélanie, has become THE benchmark for women's adventures in Morocco. This unique event, " designed by a woman for women" offers 100km treks across some of the Kingdom's most beautiful landscapes: the Sahara desert, the Atlantic coastline, the cedar forests of Ifrane. Driven by a strong mission of solidarity (support for children suffering from cancer) and exemplary environmental ethics, Trek des Gazelles embodies " a return to basics " in a spirit of sisterhood and without competition.
Faced with the growing success of Trek des Gazelles, it became essential to offer a website to match the beauty and unique spirit of this adventure.

To make the magic of Trek des Gazelles shine forth, six priority objectives have structured this redesign:

Create a chic, refined visual identity reflecting the elegance, authenticity and refinement of this unique adventure, in tune with a demanding, international clientele.
Rethink user paths and information presentation to highlight key elements
Develop a WordPress base optimized for optimal performance and fluid navigation on all media
Structure natural referencing with a complete SEO approach: optimized content, unique metadata, technical architecture designed for visibility
Enhance the exceptional visual universe of Morocco and its treks, by creating the emotion and desire to live this transformative experience.
Facilitate conversions to registrations with clear paths and strategically placed call-to-actions
The redesign combined visual harmony, intuitive ergonomics and technical performance to create a digital experience to match the adventure on offer.
Refined visual identity. The new graphic charter expressing the elegance and authenticity of Trek des Gazelles has been applied to the entire site. Thanks to a color palette inspired by Moroccan landscapes, elegant typography and an airy layout, the site conveys a new brand image.
Immersive storytelling. Each section tells the story: the origin of the concept by Mélanie, the "back to basics" philosophy, the spirit of sisterhood, the commitment to solidarity and the environment. The content creates emotion and makes you want to live this unique experience.
Structured information. User paths naturally lead to the discovery of the three editions, with clear information on dates, programs and registrations. Conversion is facilitated by strategically placed buttons.
Premium, inspiring content. Highlighting authentic testimonials, presenting "chic & authentic bivouacs", highlighting environmental ethics and a commitment to helping children with cancer. The visuals selected have been reworked to harmonize with each other and serve the site's upscale look and feel.
Immersion and scoping phase: in-depth analysis of the Trek des Gazelles universe, Mélanie's philosophy and premium positioning, benchmark in high-end adventure tourism.
Development phase: to meet the tight budget and deadlines, the site was developed directly in line with the trek's graphic charter.
Content and storytelling phase: In parallel with development, content was written taking into account SEO guidelines to promote good referencing.
Technical optimization & testing phase: Performance tests, performance optimization, validation of all content, implementation of selected plugins.
Go live phase: redirection plan, implementation & final settings of selected plugins, technical and SEO performance checks as part of the Q&A.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this redesign of the Trek des Gazelles website was conceived as a real lever for digital visibility and brand awareness.
