We were contacted at the beginning of the year by 3Ci Solutions to carry out a digital transformation project. 3Ci Solutions is an SME specializing in the design and marketing of checkout solutions dedicated to hairdressing salons and beauty institutes. After the first months of work, it is time to take stock.
3Ci Solutions asked us for support in improving their e-reputation. It's no secret that a lot of things happen via the internet for SMEs today. The majority of customers make the internet a major research area. Offer, customer testimonials, feedback, areas of expertise are all areas on which each prospect will seek information.
We carried out a diagnosis with 3Ci Solutions in order to determine the handicaps which tainted the company's image and the levers which would allow the SME to gain visibility. We have therefore, at the end of this study, isolated 4 areas of work:
- the redesign of their website: in fact the aging site no longer conformed to 3Ci's image and did not allow the company to differentiate itself from its direct competitors.
- the natural referencing of the site: 3Ci Solutions was not equipped to face its competitors in this area, a major handicap in terms of visibility.
- social networks: 3Ci Solutions was absent from most of the social networks. Today it means depriving yourself of promoting your activity and working on your notoriety.
- sharing social news: ego deficit? 3Ci Solutions did not have any effective support to relay its very rich news.
So our specifications took shape and we tackled these different projects.
The redesign of the website
The 3Ci Solutions site presented critical points on which it was necessary to act quickly. The site was not responsive. The share of queries via a smartphone on Google is increasingly important and Google now penalizes non-responsive sites (see our article on the subject). Without forgetting that the share of mobile users (Internet users via mobile) continues to grow. Also, a certain number of technical criteria harmed the good referencing of the site. Last critical point, and not the least, 3Ci Solutions did not make its site an effective medium to relay its news. All these points led us to redesign the 3Ci Solutions website in order to respond to these different issues. Do not hesitate to consult the new 3Ci Solutions website!
Natural referencing
The old 3Ci Solutions site presented several handicaps to natural referencing. The new version implements all the technical levers favorable to SEO. In order not to lose the positioning of the old site, we have implemented a strategy to maintain the old referencing. The various audits carried out at different stages of the project illustrate the improvement in all indicators. Monitoring and an action plan have been put in place to ensure 3Ci Solutions has the best positioning of its site compared to its competitors.
Social networks and news from 3Ci Solutions
The company is now present on the main social networks, all this is still brand new but you can now follow it without moderation (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube). 3Ci le Mag, the 3Ci Solutions blog, was created to prominently relay all 3Ci Solutions news and to support professionals in the sector on a daily basis. We are in the process of putting together a communications plan to enable the SME to relay its news at the right time and to the right target.
