Project context
Styley creates customizable plants and cactus gifts with original messages and eco-conscious production.
The project had to improve the business-gift pages and create a dedicated buying experience for professional resellers.
Styley personalizes, pots and ships plants by hand from its workshop in Chantilly, France.
Before the redesign, business-gift offers were presented on a dedicated page, but there was no true B2B space for professional resellers.
The project started with a UX/UI workshop to define two main personas: a reseller and a communications manager.
These personas helped define the new information architecture and precise functional needs.
The work included scoping, collaborative creative workshops, validated mockups, pre-production integration and full QA with Styley.
Logged-in professional customers now have dedicated prices, adapted product pages, bank-transfer payment, specific shipping fees and an account area with order history.
A minimum order quantity of 20 products was also added, with alerts in the basket and checkout if the rule is not met.
