Why this project, for whom.
Accor operates a hospitality portfolio across Europe and North Africa. Food & Beverage teams manage recipes, menus and commercial offers every day, with strong market-specific constraints around suppliers, positioning and brand rules.
Before Recipezee, these flows relied on scattered tools and informal approvals between headquarters and country teams. Growing volume made governance and margin control harder to maintain.
The project centralized those processes in one business tool while preserving the local autonomy teams needed to move fast.
