Project context
Maison Quintin is an oyster producer based in Carnac. Its WooCommerce site no longer matched the brand's premium positioning.
The project had to simplify the customer journey, manage ultra-fresh product variants and automate the order lifecycle.
The redesign rebuilt the e-commerce experience around a more elegant storefront and a more reliable operational back office.
The migration covered product data, customer accounts, SEO redirects, delivery methods and the constraints linked to fresh products.
The new design clarifies the offer, product choices, pickup options and delivery expectations.
The team moved from migration planning to launch in a compressed timeline, with focused production and testing.
The customer selects a delivery or pickup date according to the chosen method, including Chronofresh constraints and click-and-collect schedules.
Orders arrive in Shopify with the information needed for preparation, and daily automatic emails list the orders to prepare for the next day.
The Chronopost Shopify module generates shipping labels with regulatory information and supports multi-parcel orders, making preparation much smoother than with WooCommerce.
