Why this project, for whom.
Natural Sante develops and distributes natural food supplements through several entities.
The B2B portals needed to be modernized so clients could consult orders, invoices and credit notes more easily.
A green refresh for the B2B portals
The previous portals had become difficult to maintain and did not offer the level of clarity expected by users.
Redesigned interfaces and personalized user journeys
Each portal has distinct interfaces and features, but both share a common architecture around data export from SAGE and import into the portal database.
- Export orders, invoices, credit notes and new customers from SAGE.
- Import loaded data into the portal database.
- Filter and sort orders and invoices.
- Export all or selected orders.
- Open invoices in one click.
- Search orders, invoices and credit notes by keyword.
